Reporting an entry
- Include the full page link and the entry ID, for example r25. Use the “Report this entry” link on a card or copy its link.
- Identify the words or image at issue. Explain whether the concern is inaccurate content, personal information, rights infringement or another issue; identify the relevant legal ground if known.
- Provide supporting context and a reply address. For a rights claim, explain your relationship to the person or work concerned.
- State that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You may request a review of a moderation decision by giving the entry ID and your reasons.
A report starts a human review; it does not automatically prove a claim or guarantee removal. Negative experiences alone are not a reason to remove an entry. Urgent exposure of private information can be reported in the email subject. Do not email passwords, authenticator codes, payment-card details or unredacted identity documents. Supply only information needed to explain the concern.
Access, correction or deletion of personal data
Write to legal@nodeunion.io from the account email where possible. State the right you want to exercise and the entries concerned. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing private information. You do not need an account to report a copied entry about you. A request can also concern withdrawal of consent, restriction or objection, where applicable. We respond under applicable law and explain any lawful reason for retaining particular records.
