The review service and its operator
This website is a company-owned review publication operated by Node Union Data Solutions (BVI) Ltd. Operator details and contact routes form part of these terms. These terms concern reviews-node-union.com. They do not enter you into an investment, infrastructure lease or payment agreement with NODE UNION.
Reading and accounts
Public entries can be read without an account. When registration is available, use an email you control, protect your password and provide an accurate public display name without impersonation. Registration and contributions are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Confirming an email is required before submitting. Access can be restricted for abuse of the service or these rules.
Your contributions
You retain your rights in content you submit. By requesting publication you permit the operator to store, display, format and moderate it for this review service, subject to your rights and applicable law. You must have the necessary rights in submitted material and comply with the publication rules. This permission does not establish that the operator has rights to every legacy or third-party copy; suspected unauthorized copies can be reported.
Moderation and corrections
Publication requires approval; it is not guaranteed. Submissions may be rejected, hidden or returned for correction for the reasons stated in the publication rules. You can edit your own review when account services are available or contact the operator about a correction, removal or appeal. Earlier versions may be retained where needed for the moderation record or a legal claim.
How to interpret the material
Entries include labelled examples and legacy imports as well as user contributions. They are not independently audited evidence, financial advice, verified performance or a promise of a return. The operator is affiliated with the reviewed company. This review site does not receive investments, hold funds or process withdrawals. External websites have separate terms and privacy notices.
Privacy, cookies and availability
The privacy notice explains processing; the cookie notice describes necessary sign-in cookies. No optional tracking is installed. Account or submission features may be temporarily unavailable; while the site is in reading mode, the forms are closed. Changes to these terms will be dated on this page.
Law and your rights
The operator is established in the British Virgin Islands. These terms are subject to applicable law and do not remove mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights available where you live, exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waive your ability to contact a competent regulator or court.
