Publication rules

These rules apply to review submissions and administrator transfers about NODE UNION. NODE UNION owns this site. Read how legacy imports and demonstration examples are labelled.

Describe a real experience

Submit only your own accurate experience. Distinguish facts you can support from opinions. Do not invent people, transactions or supporting screenshots. State actual amounts and waiting times only when known. Positive and negative experiences follow the same rules. Disclose any payment, reward, employment or other relationship that could affect your contribution.

Protect personal information

Remove bank details, identity documents, passwords, account numbers, wallet recovery words, private contact details and other people’s information from text and screenshots. Submit only media you have the right to share. A display name can be a pseudonym; do not impersonate anyone.

Before publication

New reviews are sent to human moderation. Text and attachments remain private to their author and administrators until approved. You can follow the status in your account. Rejected submissions include the moderator’s reason. Moderation checks compliance with these rules, not the truth of every claimed transaction.

What may be rejected or removed

Spam, duplicates, fabricated or undisclosed incentivized reviews, impersonation, threats, harassment, unlawful content, irrelevant material, rights infringement and exposure of private information may be rejected or removed. Criticism or a low rating alone is not a reason for rejection.

Administrator transfers

Before copying content, establish permission or another applicable lawful basis for republication of the text, author name and media. Record the source, original date when known and any material relationship. Do not turn a copied author into a registered customer account or claim verification that has not occurred.

Editing and appeals

You can revise your own review in your account. Edits go through moderation again; a previously published version is hidden until approved. Earlier versions are retained for the moderation record. To contest a decision or report another entry, use Contact & report content.

Meaning of a rating

Only published, non-example review entries count toward the on-site score. Publication does not establish that an author is a verified customer or guarantee any future result. See the calculation and verification limits.
